Each year the Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center (HDFCCC) at UCSF sponsors a disease-specific symposium convening leading scientists to San Francisco to share their work.
The 2015 HDFCCC Symposium, "Breakthroughs in Cancer Immunotherapy," will focus on both the basic and translational advances in arming the immune system against cancer. The event will feature 12 presentations by internationally recognized leaders in the field of tumor immunology and immunotherapy, including keynote addresses by Glenn Dranoff, MD (Harvard) and Carl June, MD (University of Pennsylvania).
